An introduction to being healthy.

Thank you for visiting my blog. I have wanted to do something like this for a while but have not had enough motivation to start this. My blog is going to communicate how to lead a healthy lifestyle. There are many diets and fitness plans out there that promote weight loss. I have tried about twenty percent of them, and I have either quit or cheated on them by eating unhealthy foods. When something went wrong in my life, I would turn to food and it is very unhealthy.

I have decided to change my life. My family has struggled with health issues including diabetes, and my father was in the last 5 years diagnosed with diabetes. I do not want to continue on the path that I am on and end up like my family. I have found that not having a healthier mindset about myself, it affects my eating habits. I have also found that you can exercise at home without spending money on fancy diets or gyms. There are cheaper alternatives that require you not spending more than you have to.

While writing this blog, I will be trying to improve my lifestyle by being more active and eating healthier. During this time, I will be writing about what I have been doing and healthy tips I have found. I will be using resources that I have found in past diets books that I have collected to help me.
